iQONIC Medical Rooms, founded by award-winning Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon Mr Adrian Richards, brings together the very best in Medical Aesthetics and Advanced Medical Services under one roof in Falkirk, Central Scotland.
This unique hub co-locates our sister clinic businesses, whose trusted and talented medical professionals adhere to our exceptionally high ethical standards and patient-first approach. Theirs and our mission is not only to deliver life-changing results for patients, but also to raise the standards of the medical aesthetics industry through education, innovation, and collaboration.
We are delighted to locate the first iQONIC Medical Rooms hub in Falkirk and to secure our premises at Hope Street, in the centre of the town and in a very accessible location with nearby free parking and a train station just a 2 minute walk away. We have undertaken an extensive upgrading of the premises to create Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) certified medical-grade treatment rooms.
What sets us apart is the seamless integration of our clinic services, enabling effortless collaboration between specialists and ensuring patients can be quickly and smoothly referred across services for the very best care.
In addition to founding iQONIC Medical Rooms, he holds Medical Director Roles within a variety of Award Winning Brands including iQONIC Aesthetics, Cosmetic Courses, The Cosmetic Centre and Hale Health.
Adrian is one of the UK’s most experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeons in both surgical and non-surgical treatments. He trained in Oxford and London as a Consultant Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon, with further specialist training in Australia and America. He has worked at the Regional Plastic Surgery Centre in Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury and now concentrates exclusively on Cosmetic Surgery, Medical Aesthetic Training & Advanced Medical Services
Adrian is a member of both BAPRAS and BAAPS and is an author of over 30 publications, including a best-selling book on plastic surgery. As one of the leading generation of Plastic Surgeons, his expertise is often sought after by the media, with frequent appearances on television and radio. He has been voted Home Counties Leading Plastic Surgeon by The Daily Mail, Leading Breast Surgeon UK by The Independent on Sunday, and was named The Botox Expert in the Evening Standard’s ‘Harley Street Heroes’.
In 2014 Adrian was also named as one of the world’s ‘Top 100 Most Influential Cosmetic Doctors’ by international cosmetic surgery website RealSelf. He was chosen due to his commitment to answering patient questions about a range of surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Within his role at iQONIC Aesthetics, Adrian introduced the UK’s very first Mia® Clinic and became the first surgeon in the country to perform the Mia™ Femtech Breast Enhancement –offering a new alternative to traditional breast enhancement with minimal downtime and natural-looking results.

Adrian Richards is a distinguished Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon with an extensive career in patient care and aesthetic surgery.
After having completed over 10,000 breast surgeries, Mr Richards is known for his dedication to patient care. His previous leadership at Aurora and The Private Clinic has established him as one of the most respected and trusted figures in the aesthetics industry.

Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?
No referral is required. You can contact us directly to arrange a Consultation or Appointment and we can direct you to the Specialist you need or Services you require.
Do you offer appointments or medical services for Children?
Unfortunately at this point we only offer appointments for adults 18 years old and over.
Are your practitioners medically qualified?
Yes. All treatments and training are delivered by highly experienced, fully qualified Medical Professionals.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes, there are convenient parking options close to our clinic. 90 mins free in Asda Car Park directly opposite the Clinic, 3hrs free in Morrisons Car Park and very low fees in Falkirk Grahamston Train Station which is a 2 min walk to the Clinic.
